Thank you for reaching out to the Christian Service Center of Central Florida to apply for assistance with a rent or utility payment. We understand this is a difficult time and hope this online application process helps relieve some of that stress.
We work in partnership with various local and federal agencies to coordinate rent and utility payments for individuals and families in our community. These funding sources have very specific criteria that must be met for us to assist you. It is important that you read through these qualifications and answer honestly as inaccurate answers will result in your application being rejected. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, then we recommend you do not complete the remaining application.
There are two applications that can be completed via this portal. The first is for rental assistance and the second is for utility assistance. If you meet the eligibility criteria, then we recommend you apply for both forms of assistance. Each application can take up to one hour to complete.

If your rental application is approved, we offer up to $1,000 in assistance. If you owe more than this amount, you will still be responsible for the remaining balance.
This assistance is only offered once in a 12-month period (for example, if you receive assistance in July, you will not be eligible for assistance again until the following July).

If your utilities application is approved, we offer up to $650 in assistance. However, approval is not guaranteed. If approved, we can assist with your current monthly charges, but not a payment plan.
